Our lightly sparkling presses are not ‘cooked’ through pasteurisation. We gently filter to purity to retain the clean, crisp natural flavours.

Elderflower

The delicate taste of hand-picked elderflowers blended with our sparkling Cotswolds spring water. Serve simply over ice or use as an alternative to tonic when enjoying botanical gin.

Ginger & Lemongrass

These classic ingredients from the cuisine of South East Asia are gently cold filtered with our sparkling spring water to deliver fiery refreshment for hot summer days. Also a great mixer with bourbon whiskey.

Pomegranate & Elderflower

Hand-picked elderflowers combined with fruity pomegranate to deliver a refreshingly exotic fusion of east and west. The traditional floral notes of our famous elderflower expertly blended with the fruitiness of the pomegranate mixes exceptionally well with vodka!

Cranberry & Açai

Succulent cranberries from the cool climates of northern Europe blended with aronia, sparkling Cotswold spring water and extracts of the new superberry Açai. Crisp and dry on the palate; our Cranberry pressé can add a fruity finish to Scandinavian vodka.

Cox’s Apple

A crisp green apple flavour with a tart yet round finish which is reminiscent of a traditional West Country cider. We recommend mixing this classic flavour with a good brandy!

Blackcurrant & Blueberry

Bottlegreen took two popular existing flavours and used their expertise to blend them together. The aromatic blueberry is backed up by a strong blackcurrant body making this a perfect marriage of ingredients. A great mixer with Bourbon!
